Where I Write

Inspired by author John Hornor Jacobs' pics of his writing space (which you can view here), I thought I'd get in on the action...

I've always thought every writer needs a) a window to stare out of b) a good dictionary and c) a friend in law enforcement

  1. Here's a place Id feel right at home in. I'm gonna have to photograph mine now. Looking good Peter, thanks for sharing.

  2. Thanks, Michelle! Unfortunately my floor space is shrinking. They should do an episode of Hoarders on writers.

Rod: Thanks for checking it out. My dream one day is to have the office below ground, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves...and a fridge!

  3. There's a lot of Larry Brown and Tom Franklin books in there. Good stuff. I never had a writing space. I usually take my laptop wherever I can have a little quiet. But it's going to change in a few weeks. We're moving out and reserving a room in the new place for a writing study. I'll post photos too.
